It records to a special solid state memory card developed by Sony and Sandisk SxS in XDCAM HD format which allows for a picture quality to be captured that is superb. No fixed lens here, this body is able to accept a vast array of lenses including broadcast level. Integrated shoulder mount makes it comfortable for a days shooting.
