The uniform colours were chosen so they stood-out, so the exercise techniques performed could be seen clearly against the white background. This was to help people to learn and to do the workout properly from watching the TV Shows or DVD. The martial art type uniforms were chosen to bring more of a sense of focus into the workout and the mats were used to keep the feel of the workout well grounded. The Choi-Bo Logo was uniquely designed and then animated to give the production some power marketing. <br /> <br /> Production Equipment: <br /> <br /> Camera 1 – Sony HDW-790 with HD monitor<br /> Camera 2 - (middle tracking camera) – Sony HDW-750P (Sony’s Flagship tape based HD camera at the time of filming)<br /> Camera 3 – Sony HDW-790 with HD monitor<br /> Track & Dolly – Key West Magic Dolly with 4.5 metres of curved track <br /> Final Cut Pro Real Time Audio Playback<br /> <br /> The production was filmed using audio playback so just the picture only was filmed in the studio. The music for Choi-Bo was composed specially for this production. Then the audio voice over was recorded back in the editing studio after the video footage was edited.
